Installation:
1. Open open iv and go into edit mode
2. Go to: x64w/dlcpacks\mpindependence\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpindependencevehicles.rpf
(Remember to extract the items from the zip file)
3. Click on the green plus icon and navigate to the extracted file and add all the files
4. Enjoy

Known issues:
Painting doesn't work well
Dodgy collisions
