Stanier's "Noose" PIA & Buffalo Enhancement

This car pack reintroduces the NOOSE Patriotism Immigration Authority to GTA V, featuring the modern NOOSE PIA Stanier and the NOOSE PIA Buffalo. To recreate the GTA IV experience, add them to the dispatch.meta file for spawning around three stars.

NOTE:

If you prefer the NOOSE Buffalo without a slicktop (as seen in multiple screenshots), add FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE to the vehicle's flag in vehicles.meta, as its lightbar is an extra.

Bugs:

• NOOSE PIA Stanier's lightbars flash in incorrect colors (Minor bug)

Installation instructions:

1. Extract the .rar file and place it in 'dlcpacks' within your 'mods' folder.
2. Add a new line with 'noosecars' in 'dlclist.xml'.
3. Launch GTA V to test the mod in-game.
4. Enjoy!
