Spanish Police National Unit Truck - 2019 Model

Replace the files (riot.ytd, riot.yft, and riot_hi.ytf) in the following path:

mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

I took this vehicle from a pack, but it was outdated. I decided to take vehicles and improve them, like this one from the UIP, and make it more realistic.
