Smooth Ride / Precise Control

This is my first modification. It features:

• Spinning wheels at gear 1.
• Soft suspension.
• Ability to ride on two wheels during turns.
• High speed.

Place the file in:

update / update.rpf / common / data

This modification will replace Handling.Meta.

I recommend backing up your file first.
