Shilka ZSU-23-4M4 Upgrade Pack

This mod brings a Soviet anti-aircraft vehicle, the ZSU-23 "Shilka," to GTA V. The 4M4 version features four 23mm cannons and adds four Igla launchers for enhanced defense capabilities. The mod allows you to switch between both weapon types, with missiles capable of locking onto enemies or being fired unguided.

This pack includes a snow camouflage livery and a standard green livery. The vehicle seats three people and has breakable parts upon destruction.

Installation

1. Place the "shilka" folder into [Gamefolder]\update\X64\dlcpacks\
2. Using OpenIV, extract [Game folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and edit it with Notepad++. Add the following entry:
   dlcpacks:\shilka\
3. You'll need a trainer with a "spawn by name" function (like Enhanced Native Trainer) to spawn the vehicle in-game using the name: "shilka"
