SD9 Locomotives in Various Liveries

This mod introduces the EMD SD9 as a replacement for default freight locomotives or those found in overhauled trains. Detailed instructions are provided within the READ ME file. The mod features proper LODs, COLs, running lights, head and tail lights, and livery support. Several classic paint schemes reminiscent of the author's childhood adorn these high-hood locomotives. To operate this train, add EMDSD9 to the railroad engineer mod.

To activate liveries on default replacements:

1. Using OpenIV, navigate to: MODS\ COMMON.RPF\ DATA\ LEVELS\ GTA5
2. Create a backup of VEHICLES.META.
3. Enter edit mode in OpenIV and right-click on vehicles.meta in the list.
4. Select EDIT.
5. Search for the "FREIGHT" entry.
6. Add the following within the FLAGS of the entry: FLAG_HAS_LIVERY
7. Exit edit mode and close OpenIV.

The engine will now display different paint jobs upon spawning.
