Installation:

Step 1:

Just put the saveirog9r folder in that location using openIV:

Local:
GTA V >> mods >> update >> x64 >> dlcpacks

Step 2:

Add this line dlcpacks:/saveirog9r/ in the dlclist.xml file

dlclist.xml location:
GTA V >> mods >> update >> update.rpf >> common >> data
