Sagaris TVR Animation Enhancement Patch

To use this patch, place the original file within the archive vehicles.rpf using OpenIV.

This patch is designed for version 1.1 of the Sagaris TVR mod. It fixes an issue where the hand was turned incorrectly during animation. Additionally, it positions the passenger closer to prevent knee clipping with textures and slightly improves handling, allowing for a top speed of 250 km/h.

Hopefully, @Machyna will create a new version incorporating these enhancements.
