1. Extract to desktop (or wherever i don't care)

2. Choose which sound you want

3. Go To OpenIV>x64>audio>sfx>STREAMED_VEHICLES_GRANULAR

4. Replace supercar_8_us_v8.awc with the new one

5. Close OpenIV

6. Run GTA V
