Installation:

Open OpenIV, switch to edit mode. Go to the address: GTAV\update\update.rpf\common\data\ Find the file "dlclist.xml" and export it to the desktop, open dlclist.xml in Notepad and paste this line: <Item>dlcpacks:\rusarmy2\</Item> Close and save, then move it back to where the file was. Then go to the address: GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks, Create a folder called "rusarmy2" there, open it and move the file "dlc.rpf" into it. It's done!
