Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/ed209v3/" spawn name ed209v3 place the ed209v3.ini into your vehfuncs folder, if you do not have vehfuncs V installed then the features of ed209v3 wont work place the vehfuncs folder and files into your main gtav folder.
