Restricted Drag C3 Extension

Installation Instructions:

1. Place the "tyifens68" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add this line to dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data):
   dlcpacks:\tyifens68\
