Resolving Mule LOD Issues

This is a minor fix for the Mule's Level of Detail (LOD) model. Rockstar Games had applied an emissive material to the license plate model, which was visually distracting when viewing the Mule from afar.

To resolve this issue, simply replace the files located at:

mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday3ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

Alternatively, you can use the EMF Mod for a more convenient replacement process.
