Repairing a Vanilla SUV Tow Hitch on BeeJay XL, Rancher XL, and Seminole Models

DESCRIPTION This mod adds a tow hitch to some SUV models (BeeJay XL, Rancher XL and Seminole) that were intended to be able to tow trailers like vanilla pickups in-game. No meta edits are required because Rockstar already set up compatible trailers for these vehicles, including the ability to tow the Anti-Aircraft trailer.
