INSTALLATION:

1. Using OpenV, navigate to the following directory:
D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
2. Open the "dlclist.xml" file and add this line:
dlcpacks:/spepa/
3. Place the "SPEPA" folder in this directory:
D:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks

ELS:

4. Place the "spepa.xml" file in this directory:
D:\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
