INSTALL

Using OpenIV, navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday17ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf Replace the following files: Police.yft, Police_hi.yft, police.ytd. Place the ELS files in the following directory: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
