Installation:

1. Place the "vtp1" folder in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Edit the "dlclist.xml" file in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and add this line at the end: dlcpacks:\vtp1\ then save.
3. (Optional) Place the config els: vtp1.xml in Grand Theft Auto 5\ELS\pack_default
