Public Relations & Marketing in Poland (PL)
MO (Milicja Obywatelska), the uniformed state formation of a police nature, served to maintain the state system, fight crime and ensure public safety. It operated in the People's Republic of Poland (PRL) from 1944–1989 and later in the Republic of Poland (RP) in 1990. Equivalent to the police in other countries, its strength was approximately 80,000 officers.
