Presidential Cadillac DTS Limousine Modification (Beta)

This is my attempt at creating a George W. Bush era presidential limousine. While it may not be as refined as what @skylinegtrfreak achieved, I believe it's quite impressive considering that I built it from scratch instead of purchasing an average model online for over $100.
