Power Drive 2000: VECTOR W8 Expansion Pack

This is a model from POWER DRIVE 2000 with some interior modifications. Version 1.1 includes the following fixes and improvements:
> FIXED DEFAULT WHEELS NOW THEY ROTATE PROPERLY
> FEW INTERIOR CHANGES
>This may be the final version of this car nearly everything is fixed as this model was poorly built so some parts had to be made from scratch.

Install Instructions:

1. Right-click the archive and then click "extract here". You will have a folder named "vector".
2. Go to: gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks.
3. Here activate "Edit Mode", drag, and drop the vector folder there.
4. THEN go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data.
5. Right-click on "dlclist.xml" and choose "Edit".
6. Add a line above "" and paste this: dlcpacks:\vector\ Be sure the new line is aligned to all other lines above. Choose "Save".
7. SPAWN THE CAR IN-GAME: Open a trainer, go to car spawning menu, select "spawn by name" and type "vector" (without double quotes obviously).

Note:stock wheels are not properly made.
Fix= just go to ls customs take any other pair of wheels they will fit perfectly.
