Polish Police Utilize Bell 407 Helicopter

This modification is a repaint for NoManland's Bell 407 mod and is shared as a model to simplify installation. The original mod is based on the civilian version of the Bell 407 and requires file name changes to be used as a police helicopter. This version includes an OIV installer, making the process very easy.
