Installation:
- Start Open IV and enter "Edit Mode".
- Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\x64\audio\sfx
- Open RESIDENT.rpf
- Right-click vehicles.awc and replace with vehicles.awc from this download.
- Open up GTA V and enjoy the 'Sound of Da Police' siren!
