1. copy to comet4 folder to:update/x64/dlcpacks
2. From the update.rpf go to:/common/data and edit the file dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:\comet4\
Replace:
Car: Go to update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday14ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
Liverys: Go to update/x64/dlcpacks/mpimportexport/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/mpimportexport/vehiclemods/comet3_mods.rpf/
Replace: Comet Retro Custom
Spawn name: comet4
