NOTE: do not go to los santos customs, it's not working.
If you dont have beeny's mod install it.

Installation :
Go to update/update.rpf/common/data
Find dlclist.xml,
Right click and select Edit
Add this line in Paths section dlcpacks:\xenonwheels\
press save
Make a folder named "xenonwheels" , in update/x64/dlcpacks
drag and drop inside the dlc.rpf from the file you downloaded.
