Performance Upgrades for Nissan GT-R R35 Nismo

This is my first attempt at improving the handling of the 2015 Nissan GTR Nismo in Grand Theft Auto V. Version 3.0 has slightly slower acceleration and top speed compared to version 2.0.

Installation Instructions:

Using OpenIV, extract the `handling.meta` file from the mod folder. Replace the existing `handling.meta` file located at: `:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\gtr\dlc.rpf/common/data/`.
