Performance Tune for Ford Fiesta ST Mk7 (2013-2017)

This mod adjusts the handling of the Ford Fiesta (2008) vehicle to mimic the performance of a Fiesta ST (2013-2017). The changes are focused on achieving realistic acceleration and handling characteristics.

Specifically, this modification alters the "BLISTA" section within the Handling.meta file. It does not utilize or claim credit for any other mods, including the vehicle model itself.

What Changes Does This Mod Make?

The mod aims to replicate the acceleration of a stock Fiesta ST (approximately 6.9 seconds to 60 mph). While the top speed may not be identical, gear ratios have been adjusted for a more realistic acceleration feel. Additionally, traction from a standstill has been slightly modified to allow for subtle wheel spin during launches.

This handling.meta file replaces the "BLISTA" section within the existing Handling.meta file. You can adapt this configuration to other vehicles by changing the vehicle name. For manual installation, code snippets for modification are provided below.

Usage Tips:

After installing the mod, add a TURBO to your vehicle (either through the in-game garage or using a trainer). This will ensure the Fiesta (or any other vehicle you apply this to) has the appropriate power output for wheel spin at launch and throughout its rev range.

For an enhanced experience, consider adding a custom turbo blow-off sound effect.
