Performance Modifications for tk0wnz's 2016 Dodge Charger

This is a realistic handling setup for the 2016 Dodge Charger. If you have requests for other handling setups, feel free to leave them in the comments. I have worked on some additional handling configurations and will upload them upon request.

WARNING: Please note that the sound may not be entirely accurate as GTA V sounds are known to be somewhat limited. I will strive to improve the sound quality in future updates.

1. Replace the "handling.meta" and "vehicle.meta" files inside the dlc.rpf > data folder using OpenIV.
