Performance-Boosting Exhaust Mod with Animations

This is an overhaul of the Vapid Hustler on GTA 5. It's currently in a good state, but will be updated further down the line.

Installation:

1. Install the addon here: Gta5 mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Add this line to dlclist.xml: dlcpacks:/hgasser/

Bugs:

Hands are Just Slightly Off the steering wheel. This is due to the hand positioning of the vehicle layout I'm using to make the car work, and I am not capable of fixing just yet.
