Penumbra Enhanced: Customization & Refinement

This is an enhanced penumbra mod with some new customization options.

Known Bugs: None

Installation:

1. Open OPENIV.
2. Navigate to (mods/update/x64/dlcpacks).
3. Place the "prally" folder into this directory.
4. Go to (mods)/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
5. Add the following line: dlcpacks:/prally/
6. A gameconfig is required for this mod to function correctly.
