Optimizing Code by Eliminating Advanced Flags

This mod removes advanced handling flags from all affected vehicles.

For more information about advanced handling flags, refer to Broughy1322's videos.

• Removed advanced handling flags from all vehicles, including new DLC vehicles.

Installation instructions:

Follow the folder names in the "Instructions" folder to install the mod file.

Use OpenIV to access dlc.rpf.

Remember to use a mods folder!

Note: I am new to handling editing, so please report any bugs or issues with the handling file. I will try to fix them as soon as possible.
