Operating Toro Equipment

This modification aims to enhance the performance of the Toro vehicle.

Recognizing that the Toro's speed was underwhelming given its dual V12 engines, adjustments have been made to reduce drag and increase power output. Additionally, weight distribution has been optimized. The result is a heavier but noticeably faster Speed Cruiser boat.
