Operating and Controlling Speeder/Jetmax Vehicles

This is my first handling modification for GtaV. It significantly improves the speed and maneuverability of Jetmax and Speeder boats, making them more suitable for offshore use while still performing well in corners.

I have also adjusted the boat angle to make them look better in the water instead of appearing flat.

This modification was inspired by watching classic shows like Miami Vice. If anyone is interested in collaborating on creating Miami Vice-themed boats or content, please send me a private message.

Installation Instructions:

1. Create a Backup! Export the original Handling.meta file.
2. Open OpenIV.
3. Navigate to the mods folder => update => common => data and place the Handling.meta file there.
4. If you have already modified handling data, open your existing Handling.meta file and replace the handling values for the Speeder and Jetmax with the data provided in the text file.
