Non-Combatant Hunter Expansion

I recently wondered why there wasn't a civilian version of the police vehicles in the game, since those variations exist. So I created this addon vehicle. Making it an addon was challenging as this is my first time doing so. The vehicle's primary color is dominant, and other colors don't affect its appearance.

Installation instructions are provided in "Installation.txt".

To spawn the vehicle, use the name "predator2".
