warrener files on : dlcpacks\patchday2ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
-Addon :
Drop skylinec110 folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Edit dlclist.xml from update\update.rpf\common\data
add this line dlcpacks:\skylinec110\
Save it and replace.
Spawn name . skylinec110
