When you spawn the car, it appears with or without extras randomly OR
you can turn the extras on and off with the Menyoo trainer:

How to turn on and off extras:
-> F8 -> Vehicle Options -> Menyoo Customs -> Extras
● Breakable windows
● Working dials and steeringwheel
● Livery version: I recomend to take the "frozen white" color as the 1st paint for correct livery represantion.

Installation:
1. Start OpenIV
2. Go to: x64e\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
3. Enable Edit Mode and replace the downloaded YFT/YTD files
