New Handling for Prop Planes

*In the future, I will make it specific to each airplane. It takes time so I release this file first.


-A new handling for propeller planes.
-Might feel heavier, slower, but smoother fly (see the video).
-More accuracy in attacking targets.
-Can do a proper barrel roll :D
-Can take off from short airfield.
If you want a longer take off, decrease the fFormLiftMult value


Installation:
-The handling.meta file is for SkylineGTRFreak's P-40E Warhawk.
-Download it here: /vehicles/p-40e-warhawk
-Then drag and drop handling.meta into: update\x64\dlcpacks\p40e\dlc.rpf\common\data


Manual install:
-2 wheels in the back is for those such as the A-29B Super Volcano (https://www.gta5-hub.com/vehicles/embraer-a-29b-super-tucano-afghanistan-add-on)
-2 wheels in the front is for those such as: P-40E, A6M5 Zero, P-51D Mustang, BF-109,...
-Find the aircraft you want to change
-Get to CFlyingHandlingData
-Replace the lines in 2 .txt files i had given.
