MTL Cerberus Upgrade: Replacement or Expansion
This is the civilian version of the armored Cebrerus.

Two fender options are available.
How to install:
Addon:
- copy to cerberusc folder to:update/x64/dlcpacks
- From the update.rpf go to:/common/data and edit the file dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:\cerberusc\ - Go to update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
Spawn name: cerberusc, cerberusc2
Replace: Phantom
