Modified Weeny Issi Hardtop: Performance Upgrades

This sporty car is a popular choice in Mirror Park. It's easy to park, handles well, has anti-lock brakes, and only plays power pop hits on its stereo (ironically). The hardtop version is now available.

Installation Instructions:

1. Place the "issih" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks 2. Add this line -> dlcpacks:\issih\ to the dlclist.xml file located at (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)
