Installation Instructions:

1. Copy "hiace" in addon folder to "GTAV \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks"
2. In the file "GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data", add the following line to dlclist: "dlcpacks:\hiace\"
3. Spawn with "hiace"
