This is a compact, floating, and drivable apartment that connects to a submersible (mini submarine) using Menyoo.

To install: Place Apartment.xml in GTAV/menyooStuff/Vehicle, then load it with Menyoo/Vehicles/Saved vehicles. Wait a few seconds for the apartment to load.
