Installation Instructions:

1. Copy the xxxxx folder into X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV to extract X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml. Then open it with Notepad and add the following line: dlcpacks:\xxxxx\ Save the file and replace the existing one using OpenIV.
3. Use a vehicle spawner mod to spawn the vehicle by name "xxxxx"
