How to install the SIREN

1. You need OpenIV
2. Enter edit mode
3. go to C:\Federal Signal PA300 SIREN\SIREN And the vehicles.oac file, You need to put in OpenIV you go to GTA V/mods/x64 /audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf/ And in this folder put the file vehicles.oac file.
