Open OpenIV and navigate to the following file path:

GTA V > x64w.rpf > dlcpacks > spupgrade > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > upgradevehicles.rpf

Paste "x64W" into this location.

Then navigate to:

GTA V > x64e.rpf >levels>gta5> vehicles.rpf

Paste "x64e" into this location. Copy and replace the existing files.

There should be NO ERROR messages.
