Installation
1. Open Open IV
2. Turn on "Edit mode"
3. Put police3.ytd and police3+hi.ytd into
update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
or
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
4. Close Open IV
