Using OpenIV -Copy v16roadster folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks -Add: dlcpacks:\v16roadster\ to the file dlclist.xml in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data -Spawn name: v16roadster

FiveM

Copy folder v16roadster inside 'fivem' to your server resources folder, add 'start v16roadster' to your server.cfg spawn name: v16roadster
