M1074 Deployable Bridge Module

This is one of the first vehicles I created for the GTA 5 mods page. It's the M1074 Joint Assault Bridge System.

The M1074 Joint Assault Bridge System (JAB, JABS) is an American armored military engineering vehicle based on the Abrams M1A1 main battle tank chassis. The M1074 was designed by Leonardo DRS for the U.S. Army and Marine Corps to provide deployable bridge capability for units engaged in military operations.

The model originates from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Functionality and Bugs

• This vehicle is controlled like a tank, except that it has no weapons. Pressing 'H' deploys and retracts the bridge when the vehicle is stationary.
• The bridge lacks collision detection because animating collision in zmodeler is impossible.

Installation

1. Place the "rhino" folder into [Gamefolder]\update\X64\dlcpacks\
2. Using OpenIV, extract [Game folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and edit it with Notepad++. Add the following entry:
   dlcpacks:\rhino\
3. You're now ready to go! You will need a trainer with "spawn by name" functionality (Enhanced Native Trainer, for example) to spawn the vehicle. Type in:
   "rhino2"

The pack includes the bridge in ydr format if you wish to create a script allowing vehicles to cross it.
