YELLOW LIVERY YTD OPTIONAL

Version 3.0 is now way better and more real scale in all crane aspects, like in real life + col fix + bigger larger wheels like in real life + extra elevators + very good handling (tweaked for the crane truck) from my friend ZZCool + front and rear wheels turn; it's huge, it destroys Los Santos 5 haha fun!

Later maybe more additions and possibly a script too.
