Leopard 2A7 Upgrade Package

This mod presents a new version of the Leopard 2 tank as used by the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).

Based on the previous Leopard 2A7V mod, this iteration offers more accurate camouflage and German markings specific to Panzerbataillon 393. Furthermore, the hull incorporates additional parts reflecting the real-life 2A7.

Significantly, this mod introduces new weapon settings: choose between High Explosive Shell (default, similar to a standard tank weapon with explosive splash damage) and APFSDS shell (high damage, minimal splash). HE is effective against vehicles and personnel, while APFSDS can destroy vanilla Rhino tanks in 1-2 hits or kill the driver through penetration without detonation.

The Leopard 2 also features functional smoke dispensers.

Before using this mod, ensure you have the CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster by alexguirre installed to prevent game crashes during loading.
