LAPD Gang Enforcement/Tactical Crown Victoria

This Los Angeles Slicktop Crown Victoria is designed to be accurate to real-life LAPD gang unit or SWAT vehicles.
It comes with several extras:

extra_7 - pass spotlight down position
extra_8 - laptop upward position
extra_9 - swat vest in trunk

An unmarked version of this vehicle is coming soon. After that, work will begin on a 2003 Crown Victoria model.
Known Issues:
- If you crash at high speed, a duplicate chassis may spawn. A fix for this issue is being investigated.
- The lighting is not perfect and will be tweaked to improve color and brightness.
