1. Copy the lada2111rb folder to the path
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Find the file in the OpenIV program
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
3. open edit mode and add a line
   dlcpacks:\lada2111rb\
4. Save the changes and replace with the OpenIV program — along the way: \Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
